• Location.
• No one at the front desk 24/7.

“The hotel was ok for the price. There was not a person at the front desk when we got in so we had to wait until someone got there at 7:00am.”

• Loved the extended stay stuff and internet hookups.
• TV did not work properly.

“Location was perfect to go to Nashville and to Gallatin which is the 2 places I was going. Close to mall and shopping was good.”

• Ground floor room and price was fabulous!
• Very small room. Kitchen, but no real eating area.

“I loved this hotel and we will definitely stay there again in the future. We are seniors and were able to had a ground floor room. Also, it is very convenient to a very large mall and many eating establishments. Way to go Crestwood Suites!”

• Wi-Fi internet.
• I felt like I was in a public housing community.

“The lobby is locked after hours; the curbs and areas surrounding the hotel were filled with people sitting and smoking; children were running with the luggage carts in the parking lot and as I walked in with the security guard to get my room key - a lady in the lobby took her shoe off and killed a bug on the wall. The halls were loud and there were people standing in the halls and acting as if it were some sort of apartment building rather than a hotel. Also, the pillow cases had the name of hospital stamped on them.”

• I liked nothing, although glad the A.C worked.
• Everything.

“Rooms were cleaned, never saw room service, halls, smelled with food being cooked. Security door wasn't very secure. Lobby wasn't open at convenient hours. Area around hotel wasn't very nice.”

• Located very conveniently to restaurants and malls, easy access to I-65.
• No pool.

“Staff very friendly and helpful. Sink had a drip, but it was quickly fixed. Housekeeping was prompt when requested and did an excellent job.”

• The fact that it was pet friendly meant allot.
• Elevators were located only at the ends of long hallways. An additional elevator in the middle of the facility would be nice.

“The overall stay was what was expected. We stayed an additional night and encountered no problems.”

• The kitchen facilities.
• I found black mold under a rim in the bathtub. I cleaned it.

• The rooms were too small, too much noise from the outside and doorway.
