• I really liked the location of the hotel. Beautiful surroundings.
• Right next to the freeway.

• The location was good for tourists, 20-25 minutes from everything the zoo, Lego land, and the bay.
• The grout in the hotel shower was moldy, but not really that bad.

• Everyone was very helpful and provided maps to the places.
• Nothing, everything was great.

“Staff was friendly when we arrived and very help with information for the hospital. The rooms were clean and cool with no problem. In the morning we received a wake up call and checked out with great service.”

• Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And the cookies were great.
• Parking was a little hectic, but I don't see any better option for them.

“A wonderful hotel for leisure and business travelers. I've stayed in many, many hotels over the years. This is as good as any I stayed in. Everything I needed was available to me.”

• The restaurant was closed the entire time. No free breakfast. Swimming pool closed in the middle of the day. Room was small and dark.

• Seemed safe, very quiet, good neighborhood, helpful staff, clean and nice.
• That it was about 25 miles from DT San Diego, and it was hard to find.

“I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was quiet and very clean and nice. I had to call the hotel twice to get directions, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't see much of the hotel, as I arrived late, and checked out at noon after spending a few hours on my laptop computer with the hotel's free WiFi which was very fast.”

• The bed was wonderfully comfortable. I absolutely loved the pond, there were animals and beautiful grounds to walk.
• They wanted to charge $11 a person for a buffet breakfast that was more like a continental breakfast, it wasn't worth the price.

“Beautiful grounds, beautiful room, they were all so pleasant and very prompt when we asked for anything. Love it, here, it's our 2nd visit and would recommend it to anyone.”

• I love the room, warm colors, newly decorated, great view of landscaped property and lake.
• I thought the shower curtain needed to be updated to match the room. Freeway could be heard when window was open.

“Really nice updated hotel, warm and contemporary. Close to the freeway for easy commuting. Nice area of town. Pool and outdoor patio for dining was very nice overlooking a manicured property and lake.”
