• Full kitchen and room service.
• On demand TV broken - no remote for DVD.

• Lare rooms, excellent staff

“Much nicer hotel than most others with similar star ratings. The rooms are huge, the mini-bar incredibly well-stocked, the pool large, and the staff is excellent. This hotel is ideal for longer stays--it's right in the heart of West Hollywood and convenient to most locations in L.A. Beautiful, spacious hotel.”

• $28 parking (self or valet) fee.

“I was absolutely satisfied with the hotel especially with the price. There was only one major thing that really upset me: my room was on the 3rd (top) floor (as I requested it), so, I knew there were no other rooms above me. Yet, my first morning at 7.30 I was woken up by some terrible noise from above. Like moving furniture around or construction work. It lasted for almost an hour. I went downstairs to the front desk where they were very accommodating, they called the housekeeping and fixed the problem. (Turned out, they were moving around some big plants in pots on the rooftop by the pool, which is fine, but why did they need to start doing it at 7.30? Also, supposedly they do it every Wednesday). It was a very unpleasant experience, but my stay after this incident was great.Overnight parking fee's steep.”

• Large suite with quiet balcony.

“The location was great. It's just two blocks south of the shops and restaurants that line Santa Monica Blvd in West Hollywood. I would definitely consider staying here again.”

• The location.
• The parking is horrible, valet is expensive.

“I might be happy if I spent half of the money for this room. The service at the restaurant was terrible the valet parking was terrible and it was all over priced.”

• The Staff was great, roomservice was quick, atomosphere of quality.
• Extra towells never came after being requested.

“This is charming boutique hotel that offers the West Hollywood traveler a large suite full of amenities. The hotel has a charming staff and plenty of amenities. You must sit in the bar/restaurant and enjoy a casual cocktail, have your lunch served to you by the rooftop pool, and relax in the steam room after your workout.”

• Every employee was wonderful.
• In need of some upgrades.

“The location is great, tucked just far enough away from the excitement. The employees are great; I can't say enough good things about them. The room itself was a great size and had nice bedding updates. There are some upgrades that need to occur - the bathroom, toilet.”
