• Location, great suites, private and quiet! Would be happy to stay again!
• Restaurant and parking prices. But especially the restaurant. Not freshly squeezed $5 OJ?

“Location, great suites, private and quiet! I would not, however, eat at the restaurant. The parking was expensive but easy to deal with and very close to the rooms. Overall I would be very happy to stay there with my family again.”

• The pool area on the roof was amazing. The rooms were spacious, warm and inviting. Loved the entire experience!
• There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel.

“This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The pool area with the cabanas overlooking the city lights was amazing! The staff was nice and very accommodating to our needs. Shortly after we checked in, we text some of our friends that we sometimes travel with and told them that we found our hotel for the next time we come to LA! Very pleased!”

• Location was great.

“Excellent and quiet hotel. Very close to the WeHo bars on Santa Monica and shopping on Melrose. Staff was helpful and informative and the rooms are large and comfortable.”

• On demand TV broken - no remote for DVD.

• Lare rooms, excellent staff

“Much nicer hotel than most others with similar star ratings. The rooms are huge, the mini-bar incredibly well-stocked, the pool large, and the staff is excellent. This hotel is ideal for longer stays--it's right in the heart of West Hollywood and convenient to most locations in L.A. Beautiful, spacious hotel.”

• Pool was not operational due to renovation.
