• Ran out of breakfast. Internet was awful.

• The staff was nice and the food was good in the morning.
• Poor location noisy at night.

• It was something to never forget.
• The shuttle has to be 4 am until 12 am.

• Clean room, nice public room for quests, comp. Newspapers.
• Air conditioner blew window curtains when on need a larger cont. breakfast menu.

• It was in a convenient area for all area.
• It smelled bad and it was noisy.

• Friendly staff, close to airport.
• Main reason I wanted this hotel was free high speed internet in the room. internet did not work. though trying hard the staff couldn't make it working.

“Very disappointing because high-speed Internet wasn't working in the room. This was the main reason why I wanted this hotel!!! Close to the airport. Hourly free shuttle to the airport. Shady area.”

• The room looked clean.
• Shuttle never showed up, extremely dirty hallways.

“When I arrived in JFK, I called the hotel for the shuttle. Half an hour later I called again, they could not reach shuttle driver. After next half an hour [five minutes past midnight] they said, that the shuttle does not run after midnight. They called a cab for us, which never arrived. Eventually we made it to the hotel by other hotel shuttle [5 min. long drive]. The hotel inside looked like slums. Since the pillow cases were missing, I was handed them and had to put them on myself. In the morning the shuttle was supposed to leave on the hour. They advised us to come downstairs 15 minutes prior. The shuttle was late and arrived 30 minutes after scheduled departure time. We almost missed our next transportation. My advise: STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!”

• Affordable price and well nearer to many business centers and airports.
• Nothing I dislike in this motel.
