• Nothing, I hated it with a passion!
• The dirty sink of the first room.

“I had to switch rooms 4 times. The first one had dirty sink and the bed was not made. The second one had an unmade bed toothpaste all over the running shower. The third room had no electricity and then the fourth room was fine till our key would stop working!”

• No one bothered us.
• Outdated, smelly, creepy staff; not enough towels or pillows. Uncomfortable bed, with back pain.

• Nothing I could not stay there.
• The hotel was filthy. The staff was rude. I could not stay at this hotel.

“I am writing to American express to get a refund. I did not stay at that hotel. I cannot believe that you would recommend that hotel. My room was so filthy that I could not even touch anything. My friend was with me and I was horrified by the condition of the rugs and furniture. There were trash and cigarette butts everywhere. The mattress looked like something that I would throw out. The staff was one person who had no interest in being helpful or friendly. I was just lucky that the holiday inn express had a room available.”

• It was conveniently located and the a/c worked well.
• The dried feces on the wall in the bathroom!

“We were a group of out of toners attending a wedding. My husband and daughter and I were in one room. The stairs leading to our room were filthy. The furniture was old. There was no mini frig or microwave as they indicated. No mattress cover on beds, dirty a/c vents, bathroom floors dirty and dried feces on wall. My parents room had broken fire alarm, ripped carpet, black mold on ceiling, dirty floors. My brother's room toilet was leaking on floor and it continuously ran/flushed. Other friends also were disgusted with this motel. I have pictures if you want to see them. It was a horrible experience. Manager acted as if he never had a complaint.”

• Toilet clogged in the morning and staff had to fix it before I was ready to leave.

• Made the best with what they have.
• Aged.

“Situated just off i-84 this is an old motor plaza type hotel. Staff was helpful and their information was accurate. The hallway smelled of cleaning solvent, but my room was very acceptable. This place isn't flashy, but the bed was clean, it had wifi, and it wasn't noisy. TV selection was decent. Furniture was chancy. Good value for the money.”

• Nothing.
• Heat didn't work, freezing cold, mold in bathroom, dirty floor, ignored in lobby but only guest in there.

“It was disgusting and run down, the parking lot was all ice, it was warmer outside in the freezing cold than it was in the room, all the beverages were out in the vending machine, the key card for the door did not work properly, the bathroom had mold, the heater in the room blew out cold air and there was no one in the lobby to complain to, he was outside sitting in his car, I was ignored when I went in to register even though I was the only one in the lobby at the time, the associate was too busy talking to someone else behind the counter. I woke up the next morning with a cold. Over all it was a horrible waste of my money and I will spread the word to my business partners.”

• It was a room just enough to get in out of the cold.
• Dirty floor in room and bathroom.

“The bed sheets and towels were clean. That is about all. Floor was filthy. The overall facility was dirty and need of paint. If it wasn't for the cancellation fee, we would have canceled and went somewhere else. I am not planning to stay here in the future. Would not recommend this place to anybody.”

• The hotel was in a good location and close to where we needed to go. Very clean and comfortable. Which is what we were looking for?
• Nothing really, everything was good.

“The hotel was very nice close to restaurants and close to where we need to go. Nice size beds and very comfortable. We had a pleasant time.”
