• Clean room.
• Very unfriendly and unco-operative staff.

“I requested a room away from roadside. Room was given but had plumbing problem. So I was given another room next to a busy street. I was told that there is no other room available. Hotel was 1/2 vacant which I could tell from the empty parking lot. I was awakened by sirens at 1:300am and could not go back to sleep. Next day I had a class to attend and kept dosing off during the class.”

• The room was attractive with a nice flat screen TV.

“The place was decent, clean and in a convenient location. The area was not the best for safety. The fact that the staff tried to nickel and dime us for more money for a double room when the place was pretty much empty. Left a bad taste in my mouth. They lost me as a customer of this reason alone!”

• Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
• Nothing of interest was within walking distance. Shower went from hot to cold without warning.

• Very clean, bed are more soft than, have before.
• I have problems going to sleep, because a hot water boiler make to much noise.

• Next to Motel-6 and appears to be part of it.

• Room was exceptionally clean and well appointed.
• No high speed internet access.

“I didn't have high expectations of this hotel based on location and the low price of the room although the Ramada name told me it should be a reasonable standard of quality. I was pleasantly surprised to find the room exceptionally clean and well appointed with new furniture, coffee maker, microwave AND fridge. Definitely satisfied my needs!”

• I did not like it at all.
• Manager behavior, too noisy, location was so bad, breakfast was horrible.

“In general, I did not like this hotel because the owner behaved me so bad. He used to disconnect the internet at nights; He didn't pay attention to the breakfast which was not fresh. The way that hotel was built, made it so noisy. So when people were walking in front of my room I could easily hear them. Also all the restrooms were next to each other. Too noisy. I don't recommend this hotel at all!”

• Room is better than Extended Stay of A.
• 10-15 years old analog TV although there is LCD set up on the wall.

“If you care about bit of quality, this hotel is recommended over Extended Stay of A. My gripe is the sound of water going through a pipe or something every 10 minutes or so. I had to turn on the TV to get to sleep. LCD TV was no use although it'd been already mounted on the wall. Instead, they set up old analog TV in front of it. (WTH) Wireless connection is better than at Extended Stay.”

• Close to mother's house. Easy parking. Refrigerator in room.
• Area was not as safe as I would like. Red light district motel next door.

• Poor in most aspects. Area "iffy" needs upgrade.
• Room old and in poor shape. TV new but hard to use, bath needs upgrading.

“I would not come back as I need to stay in this area once a week and was looking for a hotel to meet this need. It was dank and dark and needs upgrading. Sheets did not fit the bed, the bed covers smelled and I brought my glycol spray and needed it. The area is not a walking friendly area and not conducive to dining or pleasure at all. Staff was wonderful and very considerate as I needed a fax and got it with ease and professionalism. This is not a hotel site I would return to. Economy does not mean less then clean and with good linens and amenities.”

• Excellent guest room - definitely top of the line for Ramada. Felt more like Marriott.
• I had issues connecting to the wireless and front desk could not assist

“I work for a resort so have high expectations, have been with corporate chains like Marriott, Star wood the last 9 years of my career and all local hotels were sold out. In searching found this location though I was skeptical in choosing this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised upon arriving to my room. Very nice accommodations that I would definitely recommend to others going to the area.”

• The Ramada advertised Canoga park Warner center this hotel was in a horrible part of town. As a woman I feared for my life.
