• Friendly/honest staff.
• Small area for breakfast.

“Clean rooms, great location. One day one of the 2 pools was locked, that left only the 3ft pool. There were only 3 small tables in the lobby for the cont. breakfast...many people. Could use more laundry. I would return.”

• Breakfast area could be more larger and more tables and chairs.

• Good location to Panama City Beach.
• It could have looked nicer.

“Good location. I could use remodeling. It did have microwaves, refrigerators, irons, and coffee makers. It was adequate for a short trip (2 nights). I wouldn't stay for a longer trip with my whole family. The beach was a long walk too.”

• It was right by the beach. Loved the balcony!
• House keeping came a little too early in the morning 7:40.

“This hotel was great. Nice little continental breakfast in the morning, nice staff, and having too small pools. I would recommend this hotel for both romantic and family getaways!”

• The staff was nice when we told them we were leaving after 1 night.
• No private balcony.

“It was way over priced for what it was and our non-smoking room had cigarette burns in the chair. There was no private balcony and the people on either side of us were chain smokers, so we couldn't even go out on the balcony to enjoy the "Gulf View". It was horrible and we ended up leaving the very next morning to go stay in the Hilton a few hotels down. The hotel was old and smelled bad.”

• Free breakfast in the morning.
• Horrible experience. everything in the room was broken and it smelled like smoke. Staff was not friendly!!!

“When you check in the hotel, you' all find that the non smoking rooms smell very badly of smoke. The room had several broken item i.e. shower, refrigerator, coffee maker. When you ask to have them fixed, service is not prompt. Maid s don't clean room or make both beds. You have to beg for sizable towels. The front desk guy will sit with his feet propped up as you ask for extra coffee. He will then send you around to another room for the coffee only to find out that there isn't any. Then he gets up and says oh I just found some right here, and pulls it out of a drawer. This hotel was awful and I will not stay in it again.”
