• Very easy to get to the airport from the hotel.
• The hotel was not easy to locate if you did not have adequate directions.

“We liked the hotel and the staff was very helpful. We prefer a king size bed but was given a room with double beds. The staff did try to get us a room with a king but could not make one available at check in.”

“Very nice place to stay, employees were very friendly, nice clean hotel. I had to stay in a smoking room, and you could not even tell that it was a smoking room, when I walked in it was very clean and fresh!”

• Clean, commodious, and was friendly.
• Room had a slight odor but travel companion's did not.

“The hotel was secured on Priceline for an overnight prior to a light departure from Albany, NY. The hotel was GREAT. Conveniently located to airport, restaurants, shopping and Interste Highways. Rooms were large, clean and modern. Morning breakfast was to order and did have a modest charge. The menu and service was very good. Lobby area was open and comfortable.”

• We weren't able to stay longer!

“This was our first time staying in an Indigo. The photos on the website do not do the place justice. Friendly staff and excellent facilities were the first thing we were greeted with. The room exceeded our expectations. All hotels should get rid of their filthy carpets and adopt hardwood flooring such as this hotel chain. The linens on the bed were superior as well as the amenities in the room. The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent - definitely upscale dining.”

• Very large rooms and
  comfy beds.

“The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and I especially like the wood floors (they just give the room a more cleanly feeling). The walk-in shower was very accessible and relaxing. The bed was plush and comfy. If there is any down side to this hotel is that not every floor has ice machines or vending machines, although they give directions as to which floors contain which machines.”

• Modern clean rooms.
• Light was shining in room at night, made for a less enjoyable sleep.

“Check in took literally 2 minutes, it was like they had been waiting for me. Clean modern rooms, good price, and good location to highway and retail/restaurant area, definitely a hotel I would go back to any time. I would never have thought I could have a room that nice at that price. Note: since there are blinds instead of curtains, they could do a better job of keeping outside light out of room at night.”

• Convenient to Interstate, shopping, restaurants, and airport. Very comfortable and pleasant.

“Comfortable property; very clean; very convenient location. Very pleased overall. One drawback: because of the hotel's proximity to the Albany airport, the jet noise began early in the morning (6 or 6:30AM); related to that were the sounds of "rifle shots": presumably noise that was generated to scare birds away from the flight paths! A bit disconcerting at first! BOOM!! What a way to wake-up in the morning!”

• Comfortable beds, friendly staff
• It was hard to get out of the parking lot due to traffic exiting the freeway

“I was very pleased with the Indigo Hotel. I have had great experiences staying at the Indigo in Scottsdale and this was just as enjoyable with friendly, accommodating staff, clean spacious rooms and extremely comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

  wasn't given a choice of smoking and non-smoking room.

“The hotel room still smelled of smoke, even after
I was told that the staff air the room out.
I had to open the window to stand the smell. The air unit made a loud noises when turning off and on.”

• Beautiful hotel - very clean.

“when I was searching for a hotel I wanted continental breakfast, internet and a pool - there was no breakfast or pool. Clean towels were not replaced however dirty were taken. Dirty glasses were not replaced. Heat was turned off but room temp stayed at 78 degrees - had to open a window. Also odd smell in hotel.”
