• Location.
• It is still being renovated and a lot of work going on.

• The hotel staff were friendly.
• The room could have been in better repair.

“This was a decent enough hotel. The carpeting in the room I stayed in was coming up and the were a few 'dings' in the walls. The room was clean. Overall the hotel was decent for a one night stay after a concert at the nearby Tweeter Center.”

• Large room, easy access, good location.
• Sewer smell in room, dingy appearance, sloppy repairs.

“The lobby area was undergoing a complete renovation when we were there. If this is the first step in a thorough renovation, then there is hope that the place will be much more attractive in the future. Right now (April, 2006) it is in poor condition.”
