  • Close location to Universal Studios.
  • Room was a little small for a Sheraton class hotel.

“Nice and clean hotel with a nice pool. Parking was pricey but at least parking expired at midnight of the day of checkout.”

  • It was super clean!
  • The bed was some what hard.

“ I loved this hotel! From the lobby to the rooms - it was super clean! The majority of the staff was very helpful and friendly. I will stay here the next time I visit the area for sure. ”

  • Location next to Universal City Walk and Metro station.
  • Parking was $18 self, $23 valet daily.

“Great location for visiting universal studios or city walk. Walking distance to Metro stop with easy access to Hollywood.”

  • I liked the location.
  • I did not like the views from the room.

“The hotel was located very close to universal city. The flip side was that the rooms were a little cramped.”

  • Nice modern feel to the room. Modern color décor.
  • Needed a plunger on the last day and the maid had no idea what we were saying.

“This was a very nice hotel. I would love to stay there again. The elevators were not all working due to remodeling so it did take a little while to go up or down. I loved the color decor and the throw pillow it added a touch of home.”

  • The decor and renovation were very nice. Not your typical loud carpet and hotel furnishings., clean lines.
  • The room was freezing when we checked in. We cranked the heat and got under the covers until it normalized.

“Great location, nice rooms and nice experience. We will be back.”

  • The ceiling to carpet window that expanded the lenght of the room. The view of the city was endless. I felt like a rockstar.
  • The price for a shot of Patron tequila. Alas I am not a rockstar. My roomy was unable to get the thermostat to work correctly

“The price was right for the elegance and feel of the hotel. The staff were the best. I felt like the rockstar I am not. I'd stay again and again.”

  • Comfy bed and
    clean.
  • Room smelled, smoking people next door.

“Very nice room clean and comfy. We were in a nonsmoking floor and room smelled like smoke and people in next room smoked in their room. Noisy in next room at 300 am.”

  • Walking distance to the Universal Studio and city walk.
  • Too much waiting for the elevator to go to the lobby from the room floor.

“Excellent hotel, it is very comfortable and clean for a family to stay.

  • The room size and furniture.
  • The valet parking staff was rude.

“I liked it a lot and will stay there again but will avoid interaction with valet staff.”

  • Small bathroom.

“The hotel was within walking distance of the universal city walk. The rooms were very comfortable. It is a family friendly and welcoming to all.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[8] • Location:[9]

  • Convenient, clean, perfectly acceptable.
  • Fairly generic looking and feeling.

“There is nothing to complain about. The hotel is clean, efficient, comfortable, and well-located. But on the negative side, it has almost no character at all.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[9] • Location:[9]

  • Good location.
  • Self parking is $18/day.

“A dated hotel with a recent face lift. Excellent location but self-parking is unreasonable at $18/day for hotel guests.”

  • Just the location.
  • Remolding.

“Needs to up date and compensate for the building being worked on!”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[10] • Location:[9]

  • Close to universal studio with transport there and back.
  • I had to pay for my parking to stay at the hotel.

“Management was very nice they were only able to solve half the problem causing me to have to pay twice for one room. I was very unhappy I had to pay to park at the hotel. The lack of refer or micro in the room was disappointing, as was the lack of a continental breakfast. The room itself was nice, clean and had a wonderful view. The lobby and restaurant were under renovations and so closed off. Next time I would stay at the Hilton next door.”

  • Location.
  • Construction, cost.

“Construction woke me up at 7am. Did not complete arranged wake up call, meals very expensive. For the money, I would go elsewhere.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[1] • Location:[5]

  • The Front Desk Manager was wonderful.
  • Front desk, old rooms, old facilities.

“We had a terrible experience. Rooms are not ready when you arrive, facilities are old, front desk has a very 'take it or leave it' attitude, many things don't work in the rooms, to include toilets and sliding doors. `I'd head up the hill to the Hilton.”

  • For its location and compared to the other hotels in its category it exceeded expectations. It felt safe and clean.
  • The beds could have been more comfortable.

“The shower head was great, the lobby is gorgeous, the parking is super close, the room was spacious, plenty of pillows and towels, and overall it was really nice. (To be honest, it was not your typical Sheraton, usually Sheraton rooms are more upscale.) But it wasn't bad. For its location it was wonderful and perfect. I know hotels in the Hollywood/ Burbank/ L.A. Area are a lot older and are not nice in general. So it was great and definitely worth the extra money. I would stay there again.”
