• The hotel clerk, Jenny, was top notch. She was awesome.

“We have stayed in some 4 - 5 star hotels that did not have the guest service behing the desk as this hotel did. She, Jenny, went above and beyond to make you feel at home and comfortable. Not to mention her attitude was spectacular! The rooms were kept up very nicely.”

• Very nice staff, Internet connection great.

“I travel a lot. I look for motels that may not be luxury resorts but have an accommodating staff since I often need to be on the first floor due to back problems and unload, good Internet, good TV, etc. The room was extremely comfortable and the Internet connection was great. I've stayed at big expensive hotels that I would only give 2 stars to because their staff could care less if you had a question and they charge you if you sneeze. I really liked this hotel. I had to do a program at the school and also told them that it's a really good place to stay.”

• The beds were very comfortable; the room very spacious, and the amenities were good.
• The room wasn't cleaned that well; there was no Internet access in the room.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and were kept that way. The pool and spa were clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay, it was a very comfortable place to return to after a long day of tours, sightseeing, or roller coaster rides. I would gladly stay there again.”

• The person at the counter when I checked in was helpful and friendly.
• I reserved a non-smoking room but when I arrived I was given a smoking room and was told all rooms were sold out! My room smelled of cigarettes!!!!!!

“I really enjoyed this hotel. The only problem was the smell of smoke! I kept the windows open and bought a Yankee candle to help with the smell!”
