• Great customer service, gorgeous room.
• Surprised to find my water glasses were
  dirty.

“Check-in took a bit longer than expected due to the fact that the woman who checked me in didn't speak much English. But she was polite and very personable and asked for help when she needed it from one of her co-workers. When I walked into the room I realized how wonderful my stay was going to be. The room was bigger and more luxurious than any other room I had stayed in before. I was very pleased. My only concern was that the water glasses were not cleaned properly and had some stains on them. But other than that, everything else was impeccably clean. Very pleased!”

• There was mold on some of the food we purchased in their gift shop.

• We did not get any complaints of being too loud. Awesome!
• Everything was really fancy but the room lacked some elegance.

“It's a good place to go with friends to party. We were up having a blast till 5 a.m. and we had no complaints.”
