• Nothing.
• The toilet in our room was not secured to the floor and was not repaired when asked for.

“We were not aware that we would have to pay a $3 toll each time we left NJ. I felt the common areas and our room were dirty.”

• The staff was extremely helpful and sweet.
• Left over hair in the bathroom.

“Room was very clean except for some left over hair in the bathroom. Nothing too bad. The room itself was very nice. Little expensive for me cause I am a tight wad. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very polite and helpful for my trip to New Jersey.”

• Very clean and spacious friendly, helpful staff, great location!
• It was a little hard to get to because of all the Jersey "jug handles" not used to that!

“Fantastic! Very clean, spacious, friends and helpful staff and best of all very close to the Historic Philadelphia attractions. Took may be 5-10 to get to various attractions. We're already planning our next stay!”

• Relatively unfriendly staff.

“Walked in to no greeting. First words were, "Last name" Other than that it was pretty straight forward.”

• Decent size room for the money.
• Making a left turn out of the hotel takes about 5-10 minutes due to traffic laws.

“This was a decent hotel for the price. I had friends staying at cheaper hotels in the area, and this one was worth extra money.”

• Everything from dirty towels, bugs, and poop in the pool.

“Dirty disgusting and very bad service. Bugs in room. Everything was sticky and dirty laundry hung on the racks. The staff went through our belongings even though we said do not disturb. Disgusting.”

• The rooms were huge with a fridge, microwave and coffee pot.
• Bathroom was very small.

“The hotel was conveniently located with a large clean room and a very small bathroom. Both times I went to the front desk I had to wait for a clerk to help me, even though I was the only person in the lobby. Once they did wait on me the staff was friendly and accommodating.”
