“If looking for a non-smoking facility, stay away. Our room had bed covers with cigarette burn holes, no radio or clock-radio, torn furniture, lukewarm shower water and a cracked window.
”

• The bathroom was clean.
• Smallest room I have ever stayed in. The clerk laughed about it.

“The plus. The room was clean. The minuses. 1. The room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. 2. The clerk called after check in to inquire how we liked the room. When I stated how small it was but that we would deal with it, he literally laughed about it. 3. At checkout I asked the hotel to have the Innkeeper call me and gave my number. I am still waiting to hear from them.”

• It is on a main hwy.
• There was no HBO TV, this was not a smoking room.

“I asked it there was space to park my boat trailer attached to my Suburban and have an electrical outlet available, there wasn't. There was no HBO. It was sold to me as a smoking room, there were no ash trays. The alarm clock didn't work.”

“This hotel was easy to find. With a very spacious and clean room. The staff was very helpful. We got in at around 1 in the morning. They provided us with places we can get food from at that time.”

• The hotel was convenient to a number of things: The Mall, highway, the airport and a number of restaurants.
• They met my expectations. There was nothing wrong.

“The hotel is conveniently located to the Albany International Airport, just a few minutes away. It is central to a number of attractions: mall, restaurants and freeway. The room is well furnished with Desk, recliner, TV, dresser, blow dryer. The cable TV selections could have been easier to access, however, this would be the only negative. Enjoyed my stay at this location.”

• Front desk was very curtious and treated us like we important.
• The non smoking room smelled like stagnent smoke.

“From the time we opened the door to the lobby until the time we checked out we were treated as though we were special guests. At check in we were aked if we needed anything else and given diretions. Within a few minutes after we got to our room we recieved a phone call asking us if our room was acceptable and if we needed anything else. During the late evening a guest was trying to open our door accidently and we responded with a wrong room statement and first thing in the morning when we went to have the continental breakfast, the front desk person apologized for the person who was trying to enter, they had made a mistake in which floor they were on. We had not made any complaint so were suprized that they had known about it and had taken the time to apologize. We had a very nice stay.”

“It is dingy, smelly, unclean, and the staff is unfriendly. Very disappointed with my stay there.”

• The staff was very friendly and eager to please guests.
• I paid a $10 surcharge for two beds.

“The hotel is adequate for the price, with very friendly and accommodating staff. The carpets are a bit musty, but there are both microwave and a small refrigerator in the room, rendering the price a very good value. ”

• It was small, but that is expected for Manhattan.

“The stay was very comfortable. It was really clean, modern furnishings and was in a convenient location.”
