• The hotel is in a convenient and safe location, clean with polite staff.
• We missed the ironing board but luckily our clothes did not get wrinkle too much.

• Location.

“They advertised this as being close to Middletown and Wesleyan University, but were actually about 12 miles of back roads away. It's on a divided highway, so it's inconvenient to get in and out of. The bathroom was quite small, but the staff was friendly and the room seemed clean. The wireless internet worked.”

• Large room with 3 beds nice.
• Only one elevator.

“The stay was ok but when the toilet stopped up on a sat night no one could fix the problem and we had to stay in the room for day and a half with no toilet. They did let us use a room down the hall for toilet and shower, but would not get someone out to fix the problem. Management did not care and did nothing about the problem.”

• Noise from road-my room was in front of hotel.

“Price was good. Could have used a refrigerator in the room, needed more hangers. Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, had to have my room key re-set twice.”
