• Clean friendly and comfortable - Good service.
• Low water pressure in the shower - corrected upon request.

• The quality of the room greatly exceded my expectations.
• it was near a busy intersection. But it was in NJ.

• Nice Lobby and entrance area. Looks like it was a high-end Hotel at one time.
• Rooms need updating. Ceilings was cracked, stained and chips falling onto bed. Bathroom totally outdated. Room had an "old" odor

“Hotel looks like it's poised for a major overhall. Needs updating, but has valently tried to meet competition in keeping with today's travelors expectations. Ice and Soda machines should be on all floors - air conditions halls should be on all floors not just rooms. Otherwise hotel was fine, but I won't stay there again. ”

• Convenient location just off I-95
• Did not get the double room I bought, too expensive

• It was just right and convenient.
• everything was fine.

“It is not a modern hotel but It doesn't lack anything. The breakfast was enough. The location is very convenient for Cherry Hill, Mount Laurel, and Philadelphia. It was clean and everyone was very helpful. Thank you!”

• The continental breakfast and the site's location were really the only two features that distinguished the Ramada
• The staff was inattentive, the desk phone not answered in a timely fashion, and cleanliness was not a strong point.

“I got a fair price for a less than fair hotel. I understand Sheraton is buying this site with plans to raise it and build a new facility.Maybe this explains the casual manner of the staff.”

• The room and bathroom were clean and the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful.
• The hotel needs extensive remodelation, and it is relatively far from the Philadelphia downtown.

• Only 1 elevator and is inconveniently located at the end of the hall. Not enough lights in the room.
