“In general the hotel was very pleasant and comfortable, as was the staff. However, one reason I'd picked this particular hotel was that it advertised that it had Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi was out of commission the entire week I was there, and there seemed no urgency in fixing it or anyone really focused on figuring out what was wrong with it. I was there on business, so this really inconvenienced me. So if this is important to you, check with them before booking.”

“I would not stay at this hotel again. The service was not the best, the man that helped us was very rude. The first room we went to, had not been cleaned and we had to move into another, smaller room, than we had ordered. The Parking lot was small, but was able to see the car from the hotel room.”

“Lobby best place to be in this hotel. We stayed on the 2nd floor. As soon as we stepped into elevator, (which is ancient by the way), we noticed how slow it was as well as no air circulation or air condition from hallway to room. Our room itself, had several water damage ceilings, extremely uneven floors, and a very hard bed.”

“From the moment we arrived to register to the moment we checked out, the staff at the hotel went above and beyond any expectations we had to make our stay pleasurable. We received a phone call shortly after our arrival asking if everything was to our liking in our room, and if there was anything we needed. Very nice touch. Anytime we needed something from information to extra towels, etc. the staff was there to assist, accommodate, provide and always with a smile. And, yet you hardly knew they were there unless you needed them. The rooms were nice and big; perhaps a little older and could use some updating and upgrading as well (nicer beds, comforters, new wall paper, paint, etc.) The continental breakfast was better than most, more variety of foods both hot and cold. Checkout was easy and not stressful; if you need a little extra time no problem, you just need to let them know. We had a great experience at this hotel and would go back there without question.”

“I chose this hotel because its close location to cal state Northridge. I liked the 24 hour desk service, and the complimentary breakfast that they offered. The rooms and lobby were very clean. But there were always some distrustful looking people hanging around the parking lot while security was inside the lobby talking to the desk clerk. Our power to our room went out twice in 20 minutes; the response from the front desk was "you're using too much power". How can that be? We only had the AC and TV on but even if we had all the lights and hair dryer going power should not go off to just one room at all!”

“Our stay was a great experience ~ the hotel was very clean; the staff was helpful and genuinely friendly. We were afraid the beds would not be comfortable, but we all slept like babies! We have total faith in Ramada inn and will likely book with them wherever we go!”

“We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean, helpful staff, comfortable, convenient. We were close to stores, able to bring in our own food (no microwave, but had a fridge). Great shower, generous with amenities. Internet service in the lobby to check your email etc. We went out to buy swimsuits for the hot tub and came back to find it had not been working for several days. That was our only real complaint. I told them they should have put a sign up.”
