• Good rooms, 24 hrs coffee.
• Cold tea water, room was not completely made the first day, noisy bathroom fixed later.

“The hotel was good and was located in the good area right off the highway. The room was good except the noisy toilet that was fixed later. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room or in some common area. Most of the staff was good. It was good to see 24 hrs coffee there and good variety of tea bags but the water for tea was not hot enough. I had to run my tea through the coffeemaker to warm it. The toilet made a loud squeaky sound even when the people in the neighboring room used the bathroom.”

• The front desk clerk was very nice and I liked the lobby.
• The sheets and quilt made me itch. Very uncomfortable.

“The front desk clerk was very good at her job. Over all if you just need somewhere to stay for the night this hotel is the place to go. I wouldn't stay here for a long period of time.”

• Hot breakfast in restaurant.
• Key card had to be re-initialized twice during my stay.

“Good location with easy access to I95 and US6. Room could have been larger, but the furnishings were fine, including a very comfortable office chair at the desk. The room was quiet and everything worked as expected. The wireless internet worked first time and during the entire stay. We will use the motel the next time we are in the area. A breakfast, including hot items, was served in the restaurant with wait staff service. The menu was limited, but included eggs, French toast, pancakes, or cereal. And, the coffee was good!”

• Hotel staff was extremely friendly. Hotel location was superb: right off freeway and near restaurants & shopping.
• I disliked nothing.

“It was a pleasure staying at this hotel that was located right off the freeway and near restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and the size of room was more than expected.”

• Good location, free breakfast.
• Lobby and common areas smelled.

“Nice enough place, local to Providence Airport and easy to access restaurants. Staff was courteous, although they did not provide extra pillows even though they promised to. Lobby and common area had weird smell, but room was fine.”
