“I was disappointed that I had to ask for a room with a sofa sleeper in it. Also, I did not get the king size bed that I was promised. My husband had the hotel compensate us by giving us a microwave and a refrigerator.”

“Want to stay at a convenient clean and moderately paced hotel in the Livingston, new jersey area, stay at Ramada east Hanover. You will be happy you did. It is not only clean and comfortable, while not extravagant or romantic; it is a very good deal for the money. You have al that is required for comfortable business travel including free internet in your room and great food.”

“I was placed to a room that was even worse than a 4th class motel room with non-working a/c. The engineer came over to fix it. I had them change my room. It is should be rated as one star hotel or motel considering the quality, furniture and equipments in the room. Needs lot of improvement.”

“Overall I like the Ramada. It is convenient and meets the needs of the business traveler. I do think that they need to sort out the internet access, however. Internet access is extremely important to business travelers. Reliable hot water is always appreciated too!”

“The smoking rooms smelled like a wet ashtray, the non-smoking rooms smelled like mold, old, uncomfortable bed, small TV with poor channel selection, tepid hot water, and crummy non-adjustable shower head. ”
