• General feeling and cleanliness.
• Entertainment could have been better.

“We never booked this hotel. We were asked to move from the hotel that we had originally booked due to it being closed down. We were very shocked at this but when we moved to Es Corso, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was perfect. The food was great. We paid all inclusive and couldn't fault the food. The drinks were great, they poured as much spirit into your glass as you liked. Hotel staff was brilliant and were very helpful. The rooms were basic but air conditioner was a great bonus. The actual position of the hotel was great. It was right in front of the town square which had lovely entertainment each night but not rowdy at all. The hotel allowed us to fetch our free drinks from the bar and take them into the town square to watch the entertainment. We were situated right by the beautiful harbor of Porto Colom. Not many shops there but plenty of lovely walks and great scenery. The beach is about 15 minutes away but well worth the walk its gorgeous, and not over crowded. The pool was fabulous, very clean. We would go there time and time again.”

“This hotel was disgusting; in fact we never even stayed the night! If someone paid us to return we wouldn't. We have two young children and no one told us that the swimming pool is actually across the road from the hotel and accessed via a subway with many steps! Extremely difficult with pushchairs! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.”
