I stayed at this hotel in: August, 2005. I traveled to this hotel with: family members



I recommend this hotel for: large groups

My visit was for: extended vacation

Would I stay at this location again: no way!

When we arrived we thought Oh no - as we saw the little cells dotted round the hillside. The reception area is not worthy of a 3 star never mind 4 and we were thinking "lets get out of here". The place was totally cut off from surrounding areas and the nearest town was just a port for ferries with a few rubbish shops.

The food and service was very poor and almost self-service throughout the stay. Mussels available but cold due to lack of heaters. Also aircraft like hangar of a lounge area with too few seats. No spare seats around poor pool which is too small and away from main Hotel.

Waiters treated guests poorly throughout - food only available at cetain times and very liomited bar snacks. The few English whom were staying were all dissappointed with every aspect of the Hotel which was nothing like a 4 star. We asked to be moved after our arrival and fortunatley got transferred to a far better 4 star at the Grand at Porto Cervo which although a liitle bit more money was far better. Others walked out as well no thanks to Holiday Options!!!!

If you want to be stuck up a hillside with rubbish buffet meals which are generally poor and cold, as well as being miles from anywhere - then this is the place for you.”
