• Beautiful setting. Friendly staff. Lovely warm pool
• Restaurant menu was the same for both nights of the stay and a bit expensive. Nice food and service

• Quiet.Good views of countryside and mountains.The room was larger than average and comfortable.
• Balcony funiture is basic and uncomfortable.Repetative buffet starters+dessert can spoil overall restaurant experience.

“The room was in chalet type accomodation ajoining the main house ( not as the hotel description I read implied) But this should not be a problem once settled in. The gravel driveways around the rooms could be a problem for the infirm. The small bar could be quite expensive. You can run up a sizeable bill by eating,drinking and using other hotel facilities here. The hotel is a little remote but this adds to its charm. The staff are very friendly and the place has a nice feel about it. We will be regular visitors from now on.”
