Our hotel shows an other sight of the historical and cultural France.Located in the geographical centre of France, 30 miles from the world famous chateaux de la Loire, Le Relais du Moulin, affiliated to the Logis de France label, shows an other sight of the historical and cultural France. Built in 1992 at the bottom of Prince de Talleyrand's chateau in Valencay the hotel and restaurant propose a new area for tourism. In the quiet Berrichon country, close to the pretty Nahon River, this modern hotel has 54 rooms, restaurants, meeting rooms, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and fitness room and offers quality services including the delicious cuisine based on local produce, as featured on the a la carte.[less]

Lovely hotel, reception staff excellent
No beverage facilities in the room

“We all were very impressed by the lady at reception on our arrival who was helpful and humourous we felt at ease and she gave us excellent advice as to our stay in Valencey.
Our only regret was that we left the hotel to go on to our next destination and found it to be be less than satisfactory and we wish we had booked into Valencay for two nights and had a longer ride home.
Thanks for the attention given to us and we would definately recommend you to other groups within the London Fire Brigade who visit France on a regular basis.
We were also impressed that the security of our Motorbikes was considered and this helped make our stay more pleasurable.”
