• superb situation,terrific staff (especially ricky)
• our room was above the bar and was slightly noisey 11pm-12pm

“after attending a business sweminar at chippenham,it was great to arrive at the hotel in such a lovely setting,being greeted by such warm and friendly staff and then shown to a wonderful room.it was very simple to book on line.every thing i needed to know about the hotel when booking was all i wanted.”

• Excellent breakfast, lovely room
• no one at check in, wedding reception meant loud noise

“i would not have booked had i known about the wedding reception as i had had a 13 hour drive and the noise meant i couldnt get to sleep. However the room was very nice, as was the location and service during breakfast.”
