• Clean, well-presented, friendly, excellent food, excellent location
• Check out time was too early (10.30am)

“I booked this accommodation because it was affordable and ideally located for an event I was attending. After recently staying in a so-called grand hotel in Oban, I found the West End in Elgin to be far superior in EVERY respect. The rooms were immaculate and well-appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was worth photographing it was so well-presented! An absolute credit to the Scottish Tourist Industry in the face of so many rivals who are determined to put forward a Fawlty-esque standard of poor service and ineptitude.”
