• Staff was so friendly and helpful which made up for the 1970 decor. As I did't have much time for breakfast they made me bacon roll to take away. what a good idea, never had that treatment before
• Decor bit dark and old fashioned

• Overall very good, loverly food, very polite staff, very flexible with bill (unable to make use of the free breakfast so money off evening meal)resonable cost of phone calls from room.
• one or two lapses in the room, some light bulbs not working, no non-slip mat in the bath/shower, very uneven bathroom floor and unlevel toilet with loss seat.

“very good hotel for the cost, needs to sort out the room a bit before I would recomend it to all my frinds. Door locks not very secure, however general securaty in the hotel seem good. Access to back car park was tight (I was in a van)”
