• Nice big room in a character hotel
• Had to get mattress changed because of lumps

“I understand that Aquarius have just taken over the hotel, however the following points may improve guests experiances.
The wine list was limited
The coffee was generally luke warm
Items on the menu were not replaced when run out and needed a fresh look anyway to include for people who prefer planer food.
The bed is the main reason for the visit and a program for inspection and replacement should be put in place”
