• be away from the every day life
• was put in room with twin beds i booked a double and it was suppose to be a valentine weekend away......

“hotel desk was unmanned girl ran over booked us in and told to go upstairs for room, no times were given for meals, the room was a dissapointment as a twin bedded room was given even though i pointed out to staff i booked a double, bathroom light was out only 1 working, tv had to be changed via a hole in the front, i had to stick my finger inside to change channel or increase/decrease volume, hubby couldnt get his finger inside didnt fit. hotel very noisy until early hours didnt know if it was staff or guests, breakfast- one member of staff working 9/10 guests waited 40 minutes for cooked breakfast other guest sat at tables that were not cleaned and re layed told to pick items they needed from drawer. not a hotel i would stay at again”

• Extremely helpful staff clean tidy spacious room, excellent location.

• Gutes Zimmer, leicht zu erreichen, gute Lage, sauber
• Lampe defekt, Nachtportier ohne Befugnis, auszuchecken, was bei einem Zug um 6:30 zu einem Problem wird

• Perception is that hotel wasn't very busy &, thus, staff weren't always around/prompt.

• Room was spacious and well presented. Bathroom was outstanding. Breakfast was good with prompt service.
• Parking very limited and congested. No convenient alternative parking available.

“Hotel was very convenient for town centre. Room and service were of good standard. Only drawback was limited parking facilities.”
