• Hotel was freezing asked to change room no alternative offered

“Rooms were freezing cold upon arrival one had a radiator and one a hot air blower. Didn't like the fact that the door from the room open straight into the garden - did not feel very safe 2 women travelling alone. (room 8 & 10)
We asked if there were alternative rooms but none were offered and we were told the central heating was just about to come on.
Rooms were extremely drafty, Room 8 had a security light outside which went on and off all night disrupting sleep”

• Excellent staff, went out of the weay to be helpful.
• Room a liitle chilly, even with heater on. Noise (electrical I think) from box above bed, kept me awake

“Like to have known that room was a short walk away from hotel.”
