  • comfortable room, pleasant staff, lovely bar food
  • could do with a clock/radio and phone in room

“the accommodation has been recently built and is still in very good condition, mattress on bed was very soft, no phones in rooms and no clock or clock radio. staff very pleasant and bar food in evening all home cooked. details of how to get there from the m4 could be more detailed and explicit, we had an idea of the area as we have family in the area but directions were a bit vague. overall, we would stay there again andrecommend the hotel to family members in the area.”

  • Clean, modern and facilities expected of higher class hotels.
  • I put drinks on the room but I had no chance of checking these.

“Excellent friendly pub and one I would certainly stay in again if required.”

  • Very high quality, very comfortable, excellent condition as new. Shower was superb.

“The hotel rooms are adjacent and owned by a small friendly village pub where we were made very welcome.

Food and service were first-rate.”

  • Newly built and decorated accomodation, how long will this last under the current management???
  • Very poor housekeeping, having to eat breakfast in a stale smokey atmosphere

“That an evening meal was not available on site”
