• The hotel ambience was wonderful!
• I had a single room with a double bed. Room was small.

“Breakfast was not included so having an extra '17 on my bill made my stay more expensive than I expected. Also, a 2.5 minute phone call to a ROI mobile cost '7.50 - make sure you check the rates before you dial!”

• Good enough for my needs
• The hairdryer lead too short and the tea/coffee tray was dirty.

“I decided not to use the tea/coffee facilities because of the unclean appearance. I was alarmed to come back at 12.30pm to find the hotel completey locked up and no sign of any staff. I had to wait for 5 minutes before I go in. The location suited me but parking was not convenient or obvious to spot.”

• good quality to the whole hotel and a spacious room
• Noise in the corridors during the night - disrupting sleep

• Spacious room, good standard of fittings and furniture.
• Poor quality tv picture and ineffective airconditioning

“Top qualtiy hotel in centre of city centre.
Room service is appalling with both quality of food and serving times totally unacceptable. This applies to both evening and breakfast.”
