  • Great location and sea views.
  • Very uncomfortable beds and expensive.

“The room was very clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff was pleasant and friendly. The only problem was that the bed (two single beds joined together) was so hard and lumpy it was impossible to get a good night sleep. Even the travel cot provided for our toddler was uncomfortable. So, unfortunately, this let the hotel down and I wouldn't stay again.”

  • Coffe bar on the terrace was excellent with good service Cleaning of room was very good
  • Poor maintenance of windows and furniture. Slow service in restaurant both for breakfast and dinner - food not replaced quickly enough when breakfast in form of buffett. Not up to the 3 star quality that I've experienced elsewhere

“The room was extremely hot with no thermostat on the radiator so it had to be on/off. Windows were in need of repair/replacement and not safe to open. Bedroom furniture was old and in poor condition. Tiling in bathroom was poorly done, shower was useless but bath OK except that a gale blew through the shut double-glazed window while I was soaking.
Tea/coffee facilities in room were adequate. Biscuits were advertised but only 1 packet supplied over 4 days.
I would have liked to know the prices of the coffee bar and restaurant, and where else to eat if not wanting to pay '20 for a 3 course evening meal (which was very nice).
I would have liked to see inside a single room.
It would be preferable to have a duvet rather than blankets”
