  • Secure Parking at the Hotel.
  • Check in was slow. Non smoking room requested but room smelt of stale tobacco.

“Although there was a problem as the receptionist spoke little english and I speak little french, we did make make ourselves understood. The receptionist was helpful, she couldn't give us another room (stale tobacco smell) but did try and also provided an air-freshener spray.
Adequate Hotel for a short break in Saintes.”
