• They may go out of business soon  hopefully.
• They lie, cheat and steal from you!

“Don't stay here. It may be a nice place but if anything goes wrong with your booking they won't help you. In fact they'll go out of their way to screw you over. My experience was 2 fold - firstly I booked one night stay on a Saturday. I got a message saying that they had a room so I booked it; later on I realized that they didn't have a room and the booking system had changed my date to the Sunday without me knowing. So we arrived on the Saturday only to be told it was booked for Sunday! This was a huge disappointment as I was planning on asking my girlfriend to marry me that weekend, and had booked several other things for the special day safe to say there was no other accommodation available, so we ended up getting the train back to London with my OH blaming me all the way for booking the wrong day! Secondly, after all this, the hotel manager promised that he would re-let our room we had (unintentionally) booked for Sunday, and that we weren't obviously going to use, to the first person that asked as you can imagine they didn't what they did do was to tell anyone that called that they were full and instructed them to call their sister hotel. I know this because we called them posing as new customers and also had several friends and family do the same, until - low and behold we did get a response from them to one of our mystery customers saying that they had one room but they needed an answer right then and there because there was someone standing in the hotel that also wanted it. Well, obviously our MS said no-give it to them which they did! Now comes the really nasty part --- we called them back and asked for our refund, now knowing that the room had been let to someone else, and they said that they still hadn't let the room what! These people are just money hungry that dont care about you, why would you want to give them your money?”
