• Stylish seaside hotel in the grand design. Public rooms excellent

“This is a very good hotel and as the name says it is grand. The place is very much from another age. You almost expect Bertie Wooster to pop up. They just don't build places like this anymore. An absolute gem. Try the the full blown afternoon tea for ?u14 each. It may sound a lot but it is a bargain. While the public rooms are great the bedrooms are starting to look a little tired in places. But at ?u125 a night in April I can't complain.”
