  • clean, well equiped rooms and a very friendly service and staff
  • showers a bit outdated and shower doors needed maintainance.No handbaisins on toilets, but always clean.

  • it was clean and the price was good for a short stay
  • I found that the toilets where far to small and the lift was so tight

“the hotel was ok but it would have been nice to be able to get some hot food instead of vending machines and the toilets a lot bigger as i am disabled and use a walking stick”

  • Convience to town center
  • Bedroom door was tricky to lock. The lift was the most stupid thing ever

“As mentioned in a hotel with a large bedroom capacity to have a lift door opening the wrong direction occluding free passage for patrons with baggage is daft !!!!! To successfull get into the very small lift two people with two small bags the door to the desk clerk office would need to be opened to allow free passage .”

  • Large,clean,cheap,close to amenities.
  • No parking but never is in Brighton it seems.....

“I was very pleased with the location, size of rooms and cleanliness. Parking was poor but that seems to be the case with most hotels in Brighton. And what a pleasent surprise the VAN DAY room was.”

  • Cheap and clean.
  • Squeeky bed

“The room was basic, but comfortable, all items worked, the hot water switch was hidden behind the microwave, but when found worked quickly, the bed was very squeeky to move around on, but clean and soft. No breakfast but vending machines were available in the foyer, the area has lots of eateries so no problem finding food. area was quiet, view from window was excellent (could see the old pier).”

  • Staff who did their utmost, clean, well equipped rooms, good location and reasonable rates.
  • Lift was a bonus, but it would have been easier had it been bigger.

“The accommodation was ideally situated, approximately a 10 minute walk from the shopping and nightlife, whilst maintaining a quiet atmosphere. The hotel was clean and well maintained, with the room size appropriate for the two single beds. I don't believe that the staff could have done any more in terms of care - nothing was too much trouble. The self-catering facilities were more than welcome - it was great to have a fridge, microwave etc and the 'room only' tariff meant that there was no pressure to get down to breakfast!”

  • les chambres etaient grandes / le personnel accueillant
  • robinet d'eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas, le radiateur etait mal installT, difficile a trouver l'emplacement de l'h(tel , absence de rideaux dans la chambre, les toilettes fonctionnent pas regulierement

“Avant de rTserver j'aurais aimT qu'un plan d'accFs soit disponible pour ne pas a avoir a tourner en rond trop longtemps. Il aurait ete preferable de fixer le radiateur pour eviter que la prise traine par terre. (eviter les accidents). J'aurais prefere avoir les toilettes ainsi que la salle de bain dans la chambre.”
