  • The room was very spacious, clean with tea&coffee facility. The bathroom was adequate.

“I highly recommend this hotel which is ideally located in the center of town. The reception staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious. I particularly enjoyed the lounge area which is comfortable and inviting you to relax by the fire place.
I think that this hotel is good value for money.”

  • Position and atmosphere.
  • Restaurant not open. Note: under new ownership and in the process of up-dating / organising. Water pressure for shower was very poor.

“Generally very good - pity the restaurant wasn't open, but understandable in the circumstances of new ownership. Staff / owner pleasant and helpful. Accommodation had been updated and was very good with all the facilities I needed - TV, beverages, hair dyer and trouser press.”
