• The bed was high & comfortable (felt very luxurious)& we liked the view over the pretty patio.
• Room a bit pokey but do-able & there could have been some more shower gel/shampoo.

• Very clean, nice freindly atmosphere and staff
• A little bit noisy, single glazed windows.

“A very clean hotel with standard facilities and friendly staff. The breakfast was nice and delivered promptly. Good location with access to both the town centre and the beach and lots of car parking always a bonus. Slightly noisy in the night, with lots of doors banging,but overall a very nice stay.”

• Value for money and staff extremely friendly. Standard of cleanliness very high. Centrally located.
• Too near to a fire door - disturbed by the door being opened and closed.

• Staff helpful and freindly,nice decor through out the hotel, the Room good, Food Good.
• the only problem was the shower head, water went every where.

plenty of parking,
two minuets walk to town centre,
but above all, the price, you get 3 stars accommodation for guest house money.”

• great service, food, clean and stylish
• thin walls (therefore noisy), a bit cold in the morning, and light (only blinds), no evening dining - this would be a great addition to the hotel

• It had a very modern interior

“The rooms were very fresh, and the decoration was very modern and contemporary. There was a nice bar and seating area. I would have loved to stayed longer and especially in the summer because there was a lovely patio area that I predict would be lovely and enjoyable in the summer. The breakfast was nice and considering it was the cheapest hotel I could find, it did not lack any standards. I had a very enjoyable stay.”

• Fabulously clean with friendly staff and excellent breakfast
• Very noisy guests above and alongside - not well soundproofed structures

• Very nicely decorated hotel. Cleaning of the rooms was excellent, clean towels every day.
• Creaking floorboards in and outside room 116. Able to hear whenever someone went past.
