• Comfortable with good facilities in the room.
• No point having curtains without a pelmet, too much light coming in!!!

“Considering how close to Stansted Airport, it was very quiet. Ample parking, good food in restaurant and comfortable room.”

• Relaxing, friendly staff, and good people.

“YOu need ot talk about the closeness of the town. What it has to offer and the good restaurants and pubs. That is a positive, I believe that most would not know this and not choose you because they believe you are out in the woods!!”

• There was nothing to like or dislike, quite ordinary.

“We had booked a Christmas menu meal but there was no booking on their system. They put a menu together for us but it was just average.
This does not detract from the good service we received from the staff.”

• very well presented room and extremely helpful and personable staff

“The hotel was booked for it's proximity to Stansted airport for an early morning flight. The staff were very helpful in guiding me on when to leave for my flight, arranging taxis etc. The provision of an early morning pre-breakfast coffee & pastries was an unexpected and welcome touch”

• the sofa-bed , was not adeguate to the level of the hotel

“From the airport the hotel is very near , its necessary to know that when booking you've to add 20 pounds for the taxi because there's no shuttle bus .”
