“Overall very good standard of accommodation, customer service exceptional especially in respect to reservations staff at the hotel, food/breakfast very enjoyable and to a high standard in quality and presentation. Location of hotel excellent for travel via Stanstead.I will be using the Radisson again and would recommend this hotel for either business use or leisure.”

“If you are looking for a quality hotel that will give you an ever lasting memory then stay at this hotel.

The wine tower with the flying angels is outstanding and with four restaurants to pick from.

I stay around 100 nights a year in hotels and this is the best I have ever been on for all round quality and service.”

• the room was very clean,it had all the things needed as iron,hair dryer,speaker in the bathroom.
• Porter did not bring the cases to the room besides they were heavy

• Bright, modern and spacious

“I enjoyed my stay. The hotel's location is brilliant. The walk from airport to hotel is safe when travelling alone at night.

Mobile phone didn't work in my room as it was too close to the airport communication system. Not a problem but I didn't notice a sign warning of this.

I really, really like the hotel. It is modern but the rooms / foyer areas are not too austere.”

• The quality and how modern the room was. Also the variety of soaps etc. in the bathroom.
• My only comment would be the curtains, they could have been a bit more feminine to match the room, but this is only a small criticism and in no way reflects the quality that you are offering.
