• The hotel was adequate for our needs as a stopover before flying from Standsted.
• We could have done with more guidance on what to do on our return to Stansted

• Excellent service, very convenient for stansted Airport
• Got caught in rush hour going to airport. But i did leave early enough so this was not a big problem.

• Good room, Service really good. Food tasty.
• nothing really, oh yeh no swimming pool

“I liked the hotel and would stay there again as it is handy for Stansted. If I had any criticsm to make, it was that when I checked-out at 3.30 a.m. I was lucky in that I found a night porter in a corridor who was able to help me to settle my account. The man was EXTREMELY helpful, but if I had not bumped into him, I may have simply had to dash-off to the airport and leave a note on the reception desk. I do not know what the answer is. It is unrealistic for somebody to sit at reception all night, but maybe there could be some sort of early morning check-out system installed? Apart from that, everything was fine, and I will stay at the hotel again.”

• nice shower
• too hot and when turned off the radiator made an unbearable racket!

“I would have liked to know that the rooms were above a couple of restaurants
Small room, which is fine, but the bed was aginst the wall on 1 side - cramped”

• difficile 'rouver, bruyant et sans aucun confort.

“Je souhaitais un h'tel plus calme, plus propre et plus confortable : pas de chauffage 'otre arriv' pas de pression 'a douche, petit d''ner servi trop tard ('artir de 8.15).
J'aurais aim'voir plus de d'ils et une photo avant de r'rver.”

• Quiet room and co-operative staff.
• Poor quality bed and an unsatisfactory location in the room. The facility for either chinese or indian food was acceptable to us , but maybe not to all visitors.

• Hotel is convenient to Stansted airport. Hotel taxi service was very good,friendly staff, relaxed and clean environment.Service and food was fantastic. Balcany room really imaginative.i really recommend this hotel.

“i have been visiting this area quite a lot. This is one of the nicest place that i have stayed in. Customer service is second to none, rooms are modern and well equipped. Brilliant variety of resturants. I really recommend this hotel.”

• Lovely breakfast, well- mannered and charming staff. Room was spotless, and modern. Classy bathrooms.
• i was satisfied with all aspects of my stay!!

“The accommodation was everything we could have asked for. Directions to it were easy to follow, reception was very friendly and efficient, the room was lovely (we enjoyed the little extras such as complimentary bottled water and a chocolate treat!) and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. The staff create a warm and cosy atmosphere whilst being discreet. Booking over the internet can be a lottery and this time we were really pleased with the find. Would highly recommend The Oasis Hotel as it is excellent value for money.”

• beautiful room, which was encompassed in a stunning outdoor balcony. Superb airport transfers. Excellent choice of restaurants...Great food

“Staff were very helpful, and incredibly hospitable. Very clean room. Very efficient airport transfers, was very impressed. Above all the restaurants are of the highest quality. I truly enjoyed my stay, even though i was on business, and would recommend both business, and leisurely stay!”

• Great stay, Room was lovely, fantastic environment with great restaurants. Free parking was a benefit, Airport transport was prompt, and staff very well mannered. Next time in the area I will use this hotel again, top marks !!

• Service excellent, resturant was wonderful.Made to feel very welcome in a lovely atmosphere.
• No bad point to report

“Transportation to the airport was excellent, i had to go quiet early, which i thought may cause a problem. But to my pleasure it was like clock work. Overall stay was very good, i would use this hotel again!!!”

• nice room, modern and clean, two nice restaurants
• staff messed up the next morning's transfer to the airport

“Nice rooms, nice facilities, staff very nice and helpful, organised a breakfast for me to take to my room because of leaving very early in the morning.

However, needed to get to the airport the next morning at 6.20 a.m., so prebooked the hotel-owned taxi the afternoon before. When coming down to reception that morning, I find it abandoned and no taxi waiting. Evt. manage to ring the receptionist out of bed, who then organises a taxi on the spot, eventually arrive at the airport 40 min. late. Just lucky that I left two hours for check in, so still managed to get my flight.”

• Very pleasant staff. Reasonable price. Price included car parking for seven nights. Airport transfer.
• Noisy environment - railway and main road. No waste bin. No notes about use of phone.
