Location, Friendliness, Food

“CladHotel had a very welcoming atmosphere, the food and service were excellent, a late bar was provided by the night porter if required. When we checked out the hotel stored our luggage for several hours. I would return to this hotel”

“John and I thought it was one of the best hotels in this country for value and courteous staff. Nothing was an effort to them. We have already recommended you to friends and customers. As you will see by our address we have a Public House in the centre”

Easy access to town and to Grangemouth
Evening meals found to be a bit tasteless and dry, no real sauces

“Bit hard to find initially, very pleasant staff, good room standard, would have liked the sheets changing every day. Takes a bit of time to get hot water in the morning”

Accomodating staff, prompt and friendly service, convient location to town center and rail stations.
Getting heay bag up one flight of stairs. Hot water system takes a while to arrive.

“This hotel offers excellent value for your money. However, you may need to carry your bags up one flight of stairs. Also since the hot water system is not a recurlating one, it may take a while to get hot water depending on your room location. The resturant offers a reasonable menu selection. The lobby has areas for meeting friends or small business meetings with bar and resturant serices.

The location is a five to ten minute walk from the town center and shopping and a ten to fifteen minute drive to the Falkirk Wheel.”
