• The views BUT not all their rooms have views to the Duomo (and them have been very well photographed), be careful
• Without cleaning room service and noisy frig bar and air machine, the price it's VERY very expensive

“Because different reasons we reduced our stay from 5 to 2 nights, and at the end this B & B charged us an extra night as a ''''p e n a l i z a t i o n'''' (why, if I was warning of these changes one week before?), so we paid finally near to 145 euros per night for a double room WITHOUT views as they were affirming in their info, a double room very well photographed (you know, the miracle of great angular) but without cleaning service, a noisy frig-bar and poor and not-exactly air conditioned (if not a big and again noisy frigo machine). A'''design'''. B&B very expensive, good located but expensive.”

• The view was wonderful. I don't think there is a hotel in Florence with a better view.
• The only bad thing about the hotel is there is no restroom in the room, it is right down the hall. And you have to climb to the 3rd floor which is difficult with luggage.

“This hotel had the most amazing view. We looked out right over the Piazza and could see the Duomo. It was fantastic. The staff was very attentive and very nice. They brought a glass of wine to our room right after check-in. Breakfast is served in the room each morning. Next time I go to Florence I will definately stay here. I couldn't recommend a better hotel for the money.”
