Good parking facilities and easy to find. All staff were excellent, especially reception and restaurant.
Housekeeping knocked on door at 8 a.m. Surely not necessary when only staying for 1 night!

“We have stayed at the Queens Hotel before and were very impressed, therefore we knew what to expect. The standards were just as good on this occasion.”

v good breakfast, parking good for town centre hotel
bedroom lovely but some of the upholstery was grubby eg settle, footstool

“check in lady was a bit dismissive when i asked about the raymond blanc hotel - but evenin the macdonalds brochure it says 'ask about the raymond blanc brasserie' !”
