  • Good location with good facilities.
  • Walls very thin so you could hear conversations next door and noisy neighbours.

“The hotel has a very good leisure centre, the restaurant is adequate not gourmet. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not a hotel for a quiet weekend.”

  • The room was clean and comfortable and the fittings were modern.

“In general our stay was good. I particularly asked for an early morning book in because of the time of the event I was visiting and this was offered as an option on your web site. I was disappointed that my room wasn't ready and that I wasn't able to book in until I returned at 10.30pm.
I also think that the residents bar closed far too early.”

  • Location perfect for business meeting. Hotel and food of a high standard
  • Bed was not comfortable, pillow too firm etc. Not a good sleep.

“I had a big problem with the online booking. Despite having a reservation number as 'proof of booking'printed off and ready to show reception on arrival the Hotel could find NO RECORD of the on-line booking so I was therefore lucky to actually have a room that night after a 250 mile drive!
Something went badly wrong with the process - This could have left me stranded with no accomodation late in the evening.
However once I was booked in I found the room in good order, adequately equipped, I also realy enjoyed the evening meal in the restaurant. A pleasent end to an otherwise potentially bad experience.”
