• Best night sleep in a hotel ever. Airy room, huge, comfy duvet and pillows.

“We were told about the breakfast system, but werent told we had to be quick if we didnt want to pay to have breakfast in the restraunt. We had to share a box of cereal between 2, as the breakfast was a little expensive after paying for the room”

• Super hotel with a funky feel, loft style rooms with good facilities.
• Shared kitchen funny set up, would have prefered coffee/ tea making facilities in the room

“Hotel within 5 mins walk of Piccadilly station, and within easy walking distance to shops ect. Staff friendly in a very casual way, good young feel about the place. Restaurant good and not to pricey, would definatly stay again.”

• Lobby carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned

• General design attributes are ' ahead of the curve' and appeal to most people involved in the media business.
• My bathroom in the Johnny Cash suite was a little ' chilly '. A minor complaint.

“A most enjoyable experience. I was upgraded to a suite , unexpectedly. This was a good initiative as I would in future book a suite in preference to a room. Staff were able, efficient and polite.
I like the whole ' angle ' .”

• hotel=modern, innivotive, simple & sytlish

“loved the style of hotel & bedrooms..will deffinately like to stay again, or at other hotels in chain. price was fair as location excellent & room to high standard.
staff were friendly & would give information if asked, maybe should have volunteered info more, for eg. regards parking ticket discount at car park nearby which we only knew about as we heard someone else asking...”

• Nil breakfast (complimentary) available no other alternative given

“Lots of hype poor on delivery. When asked with regards to complimentary breakfast products ie lack of must have run out then ! Service indeed !!! Diner had been checked no crumbs no pastries no follow up !!!! Would not stay again nor recommend due to prev and smaller then small size of room. Sorry !!”
