“The 'reception' was not easy to find since it was at the end of the bar and not signposted.
Rooms were small but clean and tidy.

“We arrived later than expected but were able to have light refreshments and enjoy a drink without putting anyone's nose out of joint. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout the stay. The breakfast was well cooked, provided speedily and served with a cheerful Enjoy your meal. The staff allowed us to enjoy our meals without constant attention but were always aware and ready to offer any assistance and advice needed (Those self-service coffee machines are a devil to understand!)The room was all we could have expected. It was clean and tidy, everything worked and we were able to relax and had no cause to bother the staff over any deficiences. We would have no hesitation in recommending your hotel group to others seeking weekend, or longer, stays.”

“I had asked for limted steps and as little walking as possible but I was not placed near the flat walk area from the car park. or in Disabled accommodation. I am an ambulant disabled so I can walk but only short distances and if possible NO steps. I discussed this with the clerk at check-in and I wrote it on my booking form BUT this was ignored except I was told I wasn't upstairs so at least that was OK.”

“Unfortunately, didn't feel like I'd go back. I ordered breakfast (full English) but it wasn't cooked properly and I felt ill afterwards. Bar area was very smokey and didn't feel clean either. Overall not a good experience.”

“This hotel was good value for money. It was clean and had nice decor. The room was quite small but was adequate enough for two people. The only let down was that the bath was far too small, and the shower couldve been a bit more powerful. We had a pleasant stay and will stay in a campanile hotel again.”
