• The staff were excellent. The entire hotel was very clean and pleasant.

“The location was convenient for sightseeing and for restaurants. We unloaded a lot of luggage prior to checkin time so as to return rental cars to the airport by a 10A.M. deadline. The staff could not have been nicer in dealing with this imposition. I will recommend this hotel to others who will be visiting Glasgow.”

• good location, very easy to find, ample secure parking, friendly staff, good breakfast
• 2nd floor room was cold, shower was roasting hot, temp could not be controlled. Friends on 1st floor were fine

“Easy to book, great location 5 minutes from Byres Road etc. Located in quite street but still really easy to find. Staff friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was good but a little early for our sore heads, last hot food at 10am on a Sunday! Our room on 2nd floor was a little cold, but friends on 1st floor were fine.”
