• Helpful staff, good breakfast, super situation, lovely large sunny room.
• Could have been a little cleaner.

“We (small grandson, scooter and self) stayed in the Town House for seven weeks whilst he attended the local Hospital. The room allocated to us was perfect: - superb large room with vast windows and all facilities, including internet. Really helpful staff, super situation within easy walking distance of three museums, huge park, on bus route for center of city only five minutes away. Shops, cafes, restaurants were only a few minutes walk away and there was even a Tesco Express. I have already recommended this hotel, mainly because of the helpful personal service they provided with comfort and location coming closely behind.”

“Great budget hotel with friendly staff & very convenient - it was good to be able to come & go as you please in a small hotel. Breakfasts large & tailored to your requirements.”

• Was in a good location and 24hour reception was good.
• Windows looked into next building - brick wall - no view. Room therefore was rather dark. No hot water in shower 2nd morning.

“General stay was okay, staff were friendly and welcoming. Would just have preferred a different room.”

• The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were all really friendly.

“This was perhaps the friendliest hotel I've ever stayed in. It's located in a lovely part of Glasgow which I didn't know when I booked it). I don't really have much of any use to say _ it was great :)”

• Comfortable,friendly cure and relaxed atmosphere.

“Initially I was concerned that it seemed there was no lock onthe inside of my room door but the reception staff was very helpful and explained the locking system. Staff were very helpful about directions ensuring I had located where the hotel was in relation to my destination!”
