Convenience of Shuttle bus to Excel, extremely friendly efficient staff.

Very dated(old) bathroom facilities, room needed refurbishment.

bath not cleaned / hair hanging off shower head / skipped breakfast

the rooms was clean and tidy, fantastic value for money

“The hotel and staff were to high standard and very willing to help with questions about local events, the breakfast was huge and enough to keep you going thoughout the day”

clean
loud disco fri and sat ,lack of toilet paper when used,under flight path

“I was stunned at not being informed of the disco under our room, that ran friday and saturday, it throbbed through the room into the small hours ,one of us is a night shift worker ,room also in rear anex no views just a roof, very dissapointing ,and under a flight path.I would recomend this hotel if it was a nice room with a view, and no disco under”
